Hi, I'm Fiona.

I help people at a cross roads, make decisions with confidence so they feel supported and educated to do so.

I am currently 53 years young.

I am a single mother of 2 teenage children, boy and girl, both with very different personalities.

I am divorced and I have had a complicated relationship with my mother and family.

I had very little to do with my father and he passed away many years ago.

I have had multiple step fathers. 

I have lived in 4 countries and am bilingual. I call New Zealand home.

I have learnt to accept life doesn't always go to plan.

I have been employed in various capacities and self employed several times over the years. I have a rich and varied corporate background and have worked with people from all walks of life.

I have learned many things the hard way and have made mistakes which taught me the understanding needed to be a good coach. Hindsight is a marvellous thing!

I have learned a lot throughout my life and am proud to have experienced it all.

I enjoy working with people.  Fortunately, we are all very different and tolerance is often lacking. We need the right viewpoint. I believe in kindness and compassion. It hasn’t always been this way... I too had to learn.

I am a RMT qualified (certified by Robbins-Mandanes) life coach. I am certified to work with women and have completed well over 120 hours of training plus client hours. 

​

I believe in ethics and morals and have learned a sound understanding of our human needs, healing and resilience.
