Service Description

We have 6 basic human needs and ways, healthy or unhealthy, to meet them. Our needs relate to the physical, the mental and the emotional. Life Coaching is a relationship that avoids the stigma of therapy. Life coaching exists because it is helpful, and it prospers because it is transformational. Radical honesty is needed. 'We don't experience life, we experience what we focus on' I look forward to being of service. Fiona

Cancellation Policy

This service is to be paid in advance, before the appointment. Any cancellations need to happen at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of our appointment incur 50% the fee due to short notice and preparation time. Cancellations within 12 hours of our appointment incur the full fee.
